CONDITIONING

Our strength & conditioning is powered by Coach Miguel (Valdez Strength & Performance) & Assistant Coach Justin Obra

Our sessions consist of bodyweight exercises such as "animal" or "primal" movements, unilateral work, eccentrics, isometrics and plyometrics to address weaknesses and to improve your ability to perform.

Our Coaches are also available for 1-on-1, online and private training.

 

CLASSES INCLUDE:

Light warmup with stretches

Functional Training

 Aerobic and anerobic workouts

Full body conditioning

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Towel - Be prepared to sweat and push yourself! You'll probably need one!

 Water - Stay hydrated throughout class, trust us you'll need it!

Clothing - If it's your first time please dress comfy, athletic wear is strongly recommended - Yoga Pants or Shorts work very well.
