Our Blue 🔵 Sash Zoe has been repping these movements out for months, while there's still much to improve on, the seamless connection between techniques is not something that happens over night

When creating drills not every movement has to be practical for SURVIVAL situations, sometimes it's a matter of putting techniques together in a way to build fluidity from one move to the next. No one move is perfect on its own. 💯

An Empty Hand Kali Flow and A Single Stick Kali Flow are demonstrated with the intention of connection of techniques. What CAN happen next, not what WILL happen next. 🔮

📣**ANNOUNCEMENT**📣

It is with great pleasure I announce a new milestone for the Union Martial Arts YYZ Academy. As of Tuesday February 4th 2025, the academy is now under New Ownership!

The journey to this position has been a long and winding path (see last slides), but finally has reached a new beginning for myself. Thank you to all the past and present students who chose to stick by me and believe in my ability to lead you all as Maestro Mark made his transition into a new life in Calgary. I have an incredible pair of shoes to fill as Maestro Mark is not only a fantastic instructor, leader, and businessman, but also a mentor to myself and his students. As he steps aside to fulfill his role as Maestro for us all, I am now taking over the UMA YYZ location as my own and promise to bring many new opportunities to everyone who has supported me on this journey, and to those who join us along the way! A very special thanks goes out to Maestro Mark and my family for making this dream of mine a reality!

My wife and I have been training Karate and Kali for the last 7 months. Maestro Mark is an amazing instructor, his attention to detail and passion for teaching is obvious in every lesson.
